When you click on the checkout button, please notice the box on the bottom labeled NOTES. That is where you enter information such as shipping instructions, T shirt sizes, personalization instructions and if the item is a gift. If it is left blank, I will assume that the item is to be personalize to the buyer. That is what the majority of customers want. Don't forget to make sure the address info is included and correct when placing your order.
Returns will be accepted for defective merchandise only. Contact me through the contact link on this website if you require a replacement.
If you are ordering from the store and need your product shipped to a country outside of the USA, please click on this button to add the extra shipping cost. For shirts add $20 per shirt. For drumheads add $20 per drum head. For sticks, all CD, cowbell and comic book just add $20.
